Reconciliation of AD group membership to OIM 11gr2.

I am able to reconcile an account from an "AD" target system. The account shows up correctly and is linked to the appropriate user. I am able to provision a resource as well as provision an entitlement. My question is related to reconciliation of an account entitlement (membership) into OIM. When I reconcile, the account is showing up but the membership of that account is not showing up in the 'entitlements' tab. Please let me know how I can bring in the group membership of an AD account during reconciliation. Thank you.
