Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Best Approach for HRMS 8.8 to HCM 9.2 Upgrade

Hi Folks,One Customer is running on HRMS 8.8/PT 8.46.00/Oracle DB 9.2.0.1 32 bit on Windows 2000 32 bit Operating System.

This needs to be upgraded to HCM 9.2 with PT 8.53.xx on Oracle 11.2.0.3 or 11.2.0.4.

What is the Best approach to carry on this PeopleSoft Upgrade and How can we bring this 32 bit DB to 11g 64 bit DB as a part of this upgrade?
