Retail allocation screen issue

Hi,
We are using allocation 13.2.5 in our project .

While clicking on "search for items to allocate " in home screen it will open a new screen .

i this new search screen when i give warehouse and SKU details and click search .

I status bar it shows item found .But in the screen its not showing and items .

It looks like some configuration has to be changed for make the items visible on the screen .

Can anyone let me know how to do it . i have attached the screenshot of the issue
