How To Determine When To Apply ML Patch Released By Oracle

Hi ,

Our System specification is as follows

1> Applicaiton:  PS HRMS 9.1

2> Tools:  PT 8.51.14

3> Database: Oracle 11g Unicode

Recently we had to apply Bundle 2013-C released by Oracle as prerequisite for IRAS and CPF patches for Legislative changes of 2014. While downloading the patches it was observed that bundle was available in different languages as well in American English.

It would be helpful it some one share the steps on how to determine whether we should implement Multi Language(for exampl. Simplified Chinese) or Generic English in our system.
