VAT Claim Form

Hello

In R12
In VAT Claim Form , Sales Return receipt is appearing. As it is RMA , hence VAT claim is not required. Please suggest why It is appearing for return invoices.It is not Vendor type receipt rather Customer.

 In Other words - If excise invoice (AR) corresponding to the receipt has been credited due to return by customer, then whether that receipt be eligible for the VAT Claim?
