Workflow - Full Time / Part Time Status Change

 Hello,
Is there a delivered approval component for FT/PT status changes? The navigation is Manager Self Service, Job and Personal Information, Change Full/Part Time Status.

I see FT/PT change listed under workflow configurations, but the approval process check box is grayed out. Did PeopleSoft only implement a portion of the content required for FT/PT workflow approvals?

Why would they list FT/PT change under workflow configuration and not provide a process ID for the process? Please tell me there is something I am missing!
