It's possible to change the lookup code for a customization made on a resource form on OIM 11.1.2.1?

Hi,
I've created a custom field as a ComboBox for OID Form to store the country. I wan't to change the lookup code that i selected when i was creating the field, but according to the docs, this is a read-only attribute.

Is there a way to change this value or the only way around this is to create another field?
