SOAP Web Service using gzip compression

Hi,
I built a SOAP Web Service using PeopleSoft Integration Broker and publish it to 3rd party system. I want to implement gzip compression on this web service but couldn't found where to put this configuration. I check in the PeopleBooks, there's only documentation about REST Web Service, but not SOAP. I try to find other references in the internet but come with dead end. Is PeopleSoft Integration Broker doesn't support gzip compression for SOAP Web Service? If someone have any information on this, please share it
