Hi

when we stoping  all oracle application services we are getting issue.

ORACLE Password:
Please enter a valid responsibility. The responsibility System Administrator does not exist or is not active. Check that the correct application short name

is specified for your responsibility.

 have followed note id (Doc ID 1246824.), but still isse is open.
