rib-app Deployments in Failed State after installation

 Hello Everyone,
After installing the RIB-13.2.6 version, when I see all the rib-app deployments are in Failed State.

The rib-func-artifact.war is Active. Rest others are in Failed state.

What might be the issue and how to overcome this problem ?

I can see all the rib-app's deployed in the expected directories. But when I see  through the console, the deployments are in Failed State. I have restarted all the managed servers and checked it multiple times.

There were no errors in the installation as well.

Can someone please guide me through this?
