FSCM 9.2.004 Image - Virtual Box-issues

1.) I have installed VirtualBox (VirtualBox-4.3.6-91406-Win) and PS-FSCM 9.2.004 Image demo on Windows7-64 without issues. But, SES is not enabled and now to bring it up, please provide documentation with navigation and screenprints.

2.) BUT, when I have tried to import the applicance on Windows 8.1-64bit;getting message as "VT-x is disabled in the BIOS (VERR_MSR_VMXON_DISABLED)" and not able to install.  Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

3.) Also please let me know how to administer PeopleSoft 9.2 Application on Virtual Box using Putty, if possible please provide step by step instructions which can be useful to me and the community for both technical and functional analysts.
