Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Link to a page using the pagelet wizard rich text editor

Hello,

What is the correct way to link to a page using the rich text editor.

I have set the protocol to <other> and the URL is set to ROLE_EMPLOYEE.HR_HOME_MAILING.GBL

I would like for the link to take the user to the home address page. I have two webservers so I will need PS to generate the full URL.

On the pagelet wizard preview (step 5) the URL is played correctly... http://webserver.com:port/psc/PS/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/C/ROLE_EMPLOYEE.HR_HOME_MAILING.GBL

When I view the pagelet on the dashboard, the URL is /H/ROLE_EMPLOYEE...etc Is there a reason for this?
