Integration Broker Gateway Security

Is there anything you can do to prevent someone from using my gateway as a remote gateway in their PS system?

We want to setup a PS to PS integration broker messaging from us to another client and I want to setup our remote node to use their gateway and vice versa for them.  Since nothing is preventing me from doing this and sending messages to them, what is preventing anyone else?
