Issue with Component Interface - SaMDestroy 2: 18704 vs 0

 hi Everyone!
I'm not sure if this is allowed but I really need help from the PeopleSoft community. I tried researching in My Oracle Support as well as Google but couldn't find any answers. 

Please see the error log below. The weird thing is, the program works on development environment but when we migrated our project to system test and UAT it keeps on failing. We've tried clearing cache of the application server with no success. Our suspect is the component interface.

I hope I can get inputs from you guys. Thank you very much!
