Retrying to link FND_USER records with HRMS employee records

Hello,

I am currently working on an IAM solution needing to integrate OIM with EBS as a target system (not trusted source), specifically to provision FND_USER records and link them to the HRMS employee records within the EBS system. Because the HRMS records might be created at a later time then the provisioning of the FND_USER account records inside EBS, the linking process of the FND_USER record with the HRMS employee record will fail so I will need to find a way to repeat the process of trying to link the two accounts. Unfortunately I couldn't find any proper way of
