Why are menus visible on some desktop computers and not on others for the same User ID?
We are currently implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and I have created User IDs for training with numbers going from 1-20. (i.e., train1, train2, train3, etc)
I noticed when logging in as "train1" on various desktop computers there are times when menus are not visible. The example I have is when going to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Vouchers > Voucher. On some desktop computers "train1" cannot see the last "Voucher" menu item. Instead "Document Status" is all that is shown.
The missing menus are confirmed when different people log on to their work computers using their Active Directory account and then log on to PeopleSoft using "train1".
