Email notification not reaching to external email address

Hello,

Email notification is not reaching to external  email address which is from a domain that is not registered with the workflow engine, Notification id status CLOSED, mail_status SENT in  wf_notifications. Pl find uploaded output from wfmlrdbg.sql for the problematic id.
