FSCM 8.8 to 9.1 FP2 PT852 upgrade, can't find which required for upgrade patch delivers requiredforu

 Hi experts,
We see that the upgradeplanning.exe file and other upgrade planning files are delivered in patch upd890311, but in reviewing all the other application patches that are in the search results for our upgrade path, we don't see any patch that delivers requiredforupgrade.exe and UPG_REQ_DATA.exe.  

Can you help advise us on how to find these?
