Which bundles go together for an update? FIN ESA SCM Glob Comp Com Obj

We are currently on PS FIN 9.1 and the last update we applied was MP11. So MP11 included FMS ESA SCM 21 22 23 and Glob Comp 11 12 and Comm Obj 5 6. We have decided not to apply anymore maintenance packs. Instead we will just apply individual bundles. Now my questions are: Is there always a section of every bundle for FIN and one for SCM and one for ESA? Or are some updates just FIN only for example? If we are getting ready to apply FIN bundle #24, is there also an SCM bundle 24 and ESA
