Inventory Org Transfer effective date

 Hi,

As a settlement process of Service Tax, we settle the service tax following 05th of the month. During the settlement process, we need to transfer the Service tax credit available in one inventory org to another Inventory org.

When we perform the activity, the system is defaulting to the current date of transfer. The credit and GL accounting date is taking an effective date of System date.

Is there a way to override the effective month.

Is there away to achieve this.
