Notify Button Functionality

Hello All,

Does anyone can answer this? I am trying to use delivered 'Notify' funcitonality available of all PeopleSoft pages. I am trying to send notification to multiple people who gets entries in their worklist. Is there a way we can configure so when one person views the worklist entry, takes it off from worklist of rest of the folks? This logic normally is associated with workflow but not sure if Notify can accommdate this. I tried to play aroudn checking the flag on the Activity used by Notify and did not do anything. Appreciate any help or input on this matter.
