Robo FTP PeopleTools 8.53

Has anyone been able to use Robo FTP with PeopleTools 8.53.  We have been using it for a few years now and have not had any issues in the past, however, whenever we submit a Robo-FTP script in PeopleSoft, the process stays queued.  The process does run successfully on the Windows Scheduler, but not through PeopleSoft. We are using DOS naming conventions in the Command Line to eliminate the spaces, but so far it is not working.Any ideas?
