Synchornize workflow local tables concurrent program completed with error

The sysadmin user has scheduled the synchronize workflow local tables (1) (report set) with parameters 0, 629. The request completed with error.

The error text oracle error 100: ora-01403: no data found has been detected in FNDRSSUB.

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

What might be the possible issue. I am still relatively new and trying to get the hang of the system. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
