After loading doc id 1601880.1 Peoplecode work around for the password expiry issue – 8.52 and 8.51

The intermittent error message occurs when they request a new password.

The error is:

XML parser error CreateXmlDoc Fatal Error: at file inegeration Server line: 3 column : 8 message: Expected Entity name for reference (159,5)

PT_MCF_MAIL.MCFMailUtil.OnExecute Name:ParseRichTExtHtml PCPC:8455 Statement 220

Called fro: DERIVED_HINT.EMAILPSWD.SavePreChange  Statement 35

XML parse error.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
