Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Troubleshoot - Apply Peopletools patch 8.53.09

Hi,

I applied Peopletools patch 8.53.09 on my PS_HOME and PS_CFG_HOME.

Patch installed successfully. Application server domain re-created, web server domain re-deployed and caches cleared.

Application server, web server and process scheduler booted normally.

However, when I logon on the portal, problems come. Any action gives no response, for example, any bottoms clicking and text entering.

I can only navigate the path on menu bar but all elements gives no response.

One more thing, whenever an action is triggered, the left bottom corner of the browser showed: error on page.

Any idea about this? Thanks.
