Incorrect values in the URL - 'Please Click here to Respond'

Hello,

We are testing approvals via email notifications and are facing a weird issue. The email notification sent from Workflow Test mailer contains a URL which says ‘Please click here to Respond’. But when you highlight that URL, the values being passed to that URL are incorrect with -1 in resp_id and resp_appl_id, security_group_id as 0.

This is creating an issue. Further looking through the issue, we found that the URL is generated as part of the WFMAIL (System: Mailer ) -> Standard Template (Workflow Open Mail for Outlook Express) from the attribute 'CLICK_HERE_RESPONSE'.
