AS2 Listening connector

We are trying to setup a AS2 listening connector on Peopletools 8.52. The incomming message is encrypted and signed. We are receiving the incomming message how ever when it gets to the part in the integration.gateway file where we tell it the alias for the sender and our private key its failing with the following.

ipworksedi.IPWorksEDIException: Cannot find specified certificate.
 at ipworksedi.Certificate.<init>(Unknown Source)
 at com.peoplesoft.pt.integrationgateway.common.as2.AS2CertificatesCache.getCertificate(AS2CertificatesCache.java:108)

here is what we have in the integration.gateway file for the alias

ig.AS2.ZA_AS2_FDXNET.PSFT_HRPAY.CertificateAlias=PSFT_HR
