OS Upgrade Certification for Peopletools 8.48

We are currently on PT 8.48 and windows server 2003 r2.

We are looking to migrate to a upgraded OS version Windows Server 2008. Searching on My Orace Support is not giving me the certification matrix for PT 8.48.

Can anyone let me know if I can upgrade to Windows Server 2008 from Windows Server 2003 for PT 8.48. If I can then what needs to be changed and what are the implications?
