Unable to get result at PROD but at test instance can

Our vendor has created one customized page to view employee daily attendance in Peoplesoft system. The page contain paramater date from and to, employee id and cost center (department). The problem is, when i run the page at PROD for 1 month for the specific cost centre for all employee the result cannot be generated, system kick me out and display error message 'An error has occured' but when i run at test instance that i clone from PROD use the same parameter, system able to produce the result without any error. I do not know where and how to
