Kerberos and PeopleSoft integration issue

I have setup the integration between Kerberos and PeopleSoft according to the PeopleBooks. However, when I am trying the application URL, I am getting logged on as public user and not with my network login. PIA_std.log shows:  KerberosSSOFilter: Received invalid token

Environment details:
Solaris sparc 10
PeopleTools 8.53.04
FSCM 9.2
