Restricting Datetrack Options Available to Forms Users

Sir/Madam,
I am using Oracle HRMS

RDBMS : 10.2.0.4.0
Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
Oracle Forms Version : 10.1.2.3.0
Application Object Library : 12.0.0

My Questions are:-

-If we remove certain features of datetrack forms by using custom.pll...Did oracle stop the Service Client Support??
-If Not?then what are the steps do ii have to follow to achieve this?
