VirtualBox HCM 9.2 Image Non-Functional

 Hello,
I downloaded the VirtualBox HCM 9.2 image and deployed it to a VirtualBox running on a machine that has 16gb ram, 64-bit Windows 7, and all of the necessary hardware and software requirements.  I followed all of the steps laid out in the Using PeopleSoft VirtualBox images and even verified I was doing it correctly via the training video.  However, when it is booted up and looks like it is working I notice the Application Server fails to launch.

I am able to go to a browser, type in the http://<server IP>:8000/ps/signon.html  and have the sign in page successfully load but when attempting to sign in it says "Application Server not running at this time."   There is also another error message on this page that says "CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session"
