DSD Ordering

Hi all,
I created a DSD order and received in SIM.In SIM the inventory is showing correct.But in RMS it is still showing the inventory is "On Order" and also receipt is not flowing to ReIM.
When i am opening Receiver Unit Adjustment screen by entering the DSD order created it shows below error

Due to you user Group Association with the merchandise or Organization hierarchies , you do not have visibility to order 2838
Even we are log in with the Super User.
