Custom workflow role giving issue

 Hi ,

I created a custom workflow for my client. the workflow design as follows.

customer needs a email (mail box) , when ever a Final payment register for one of the payment batch submitted in AP side.

so finance group will review and approve the payment batch for further processing.

we design a custom workflow process. as part of the workflow, defined the custom role through following code. but email is not generating to my webemail box.

But when i checked in the notifications window in oracle. the notification sitting there. but not generating the mail.

then i tried a test mail throug IMAP set up, for this role. showing the following error
