Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do I go about upgrading RMS 13.0 to 13.0.4 along with db upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3
