Upgrading Financials 9.0 to either 9.1 or 9.2

We are currently on fms 9.0 bundle 44 and thinking about upgrading to 9.1 or 9.2. I having trouble locating the correct documents to help decide if and how to upgrade to the appropriate version. Please assist with any instructions or documents. Thank you.
