Oracle Identity Self Service - Dashboard report

After deploy and configure OIM report with BI Publisher, I got "The file was not download or was not downloaded correctly" error when I tried to "Generate Report" in the "Report" tab in the Oracle Identity Self Service. Please kindly help.
