OIM WebSevices Connector Issue

Hey All,
I set up a connector and trying to run a target reconciliation. I got error message in a log. What could be the problem and what else can I check?

org.identityconnectors.genericws.GenericWSConnector : accountSearch : Error while searching user records
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Uid value must not be blank!
