Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to restrict the O byte file size while uploading the documents in peoplesoft page

Hi ,

I am using PTUPLOAD record and its functionality to upload the document in the peoplsoft page.

currently it is causing issue(message:View attachment failed) while vewing the 0 byte file .

I want to restrict the user not to attach the 0 byte file size file while uploading/attaching the file in the page.
