For trading organization Excise taxes are not coming in AR invoice after matching with RG23D

First we have created PO in trading organization with Excise & VAT taxes then we made the receipt and claim the VAT and CENVAT after that we checked RG23D, Excise taxes hit the register after that we made sales order with adhoc Excise taxes and pick release the order then we match the sales order with receipt then we ship confirm and generate invoice in AR but in AR invoice taxes are not flowing (Note- we have run the India local concurrent for processing order lines to AR, trading org setup for Null site & site level is done, Item
