Looking for a way to get rid of extraneous detail lines on student bill

In CS9 bills shoe the detail for every item line in history since the last bill run.  This creates a lot of extraneous detail when a student is going from part-time to full-time status multiply times during the billing period.  Is there a way to roll the item line information by type and not print the lines that cancel each other?
