BI Publisher Report Definition - No Reports Are Found

I am trying to view the report definitions (Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definitions) and have given my ID all the XMLP * roles but when I do a search it states:
No matching values found with no criteria entered.

It can't even find the XMLP one any suggestions?
