Peopletools Upgrade 8.52 to 8.53

During the Tools upgrade the hashed OPERPSWD is changing. We cannot log into
this user into the new upgraded environment using their Production clear text password. If, however,
we use SQL UPDATE and move the PSHRPRD string into upgraded PSOPRDEFN.OPERPSWD,
then we can log in using the same clear text password that is in Production PSHRPRD.

From Production PS Tools 8.52 (Database

To our knowledge we are not running any custom code to do the Tools Upgrade
