OIM11GR2PS1: Dependent Lookups not getting refreshed

We have a requirement where we have 2 lookup fields on a process form where one is dependent upon the other in the request form.

The issue we are facing is that when we select a value in first lookup then the values in the second lookup are not getting refreshed(i.e the values in the dependent lookup should get changed depending upon the value selected in the first lookup). When we click on 'Ready to submit' button then the values in the dependent lookup are getting refreshed.

Also in the case where we have three dependent lookup fields, then we have to click on 'Ready to submit' three times so that values in the dependent lookup gets refreshed.
