Keeping Active Directory Up to Date with HCM data

Hello,We are looking to keep our AD and HCM data system in sync.  We are hoping to feed the AD with employee data that is typically housed in AD (EMPLID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Manager etc).  The only suppoerting documentation I was able to find was http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39904_01/hcm92pbr0/eng/hcm/ecih/concept_UnderstandingPeopleSoftDirectoryInterface-b07f46.html.  Is this the best and only way to keep the data in sync between the two?  We are on HCM 9.0 Tools 8.48.17.  We are looking for a PeopleSoft only delivered solution.
