Send dunning to delinquent customers

Hi,
We are on 12.1.3. We use the basic version of advanced collections i.e stuff available without the full-blown license.
Dunning setup has been done. We use staged dunning. Seeded scoring rules are used. The level is "Account".
Scoring engine has been run. The score is shown on the collections workbench as well.
When dunning is run the program does not pick up any data.
The log has the following message:

Stage Dunning Plan 10041 has no dunning stages defined

Any thoughts ?
