OIM 11G R2 BP06 - User is getting duplicate AD-accounts under Accounts

For customer reasons we wanted to run the Incremental Target Reconciliation against Active Directory every minute. This worked fine, until we discovered that all new users created in OIM were getting a primary and secondary AD Account under the Account tab. 

Only one AD Account is created in Active Directory, this Primary and Secondary account has the same GUID. 

Now, what I guess is happening is that the Recon job runs while the user is created in Active Directory, thus both being created and reconciled at the same time. 

I did find a note (Doc ID 1575718.1), that is slightly the same, but before I start doing all this upgrades in the environment, I want to know if anyone else have experienced this?
