We wanted to know how to use the Process Query in Real world examples. What could be the added advantages when compared to other queries. We gone through peoplebooks but we couldn't get enough detailed explanation about the process query. The only information available is

Process queries are queries that you intend to run periodically using a batch process. Create these automated batch processes using PeopleSoft Application Engine and the Query API. For example, you could write a query that returns any overdue receivables and schedule a batch process to run the query once a week. The available information is not sufficient to understand better.
