Hyperlink on page - Authorization Error

Hi,

When a user goes into Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time > Timesheet, when on this page, clicking on the Manager Self Service hyperlink at the bottome of the page should take them back to Manager Self Service.  They are getting "Authorization Error".  Does anyone know what causes this problem?
