How to Use the New MOSC?

Welcome to the NEW My Oracle Support Community!

You made it this far...now what?

Here are a few tips:

  1. You probably found this post under Featured Content. This section will contain information that we think is especially important for you to see. Check back periodically.
  2. The Recent Activity section in the middle shows the most recent updates in this MOSC. If you want to see more posts, click on the Content tab, where you can view everything in this MOSC, either as a List (default), or in a Grid (see top right buttons). The latter also shows you who last updated the post, so you can quickly see whether someone touched your thread after you did.
